Cloaking

Cloaking - showing the end users and search engine spiders different content (usually used to enhance listings. frequently used as spamming technique)

Cloaking is allowable for flash content as long as it is content specific on a trusted feed, but if you are generally cloaking just to fool search engines that is considered spam. Leading competitors may sometimes compare the cached results with current results and turn in spam. If these are extremely different then your site may get flagged for cloaking and delisted.
